
Ingredients
1 kg large prawns, cleaned and deveined
1 tbsp garlic, crushed
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp coarse red chilli flakes
Juice of a lemon
8 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
Process
1. In a huge basin, unite the prawns with garlic, chilli flakes, lemon juice and salt.
2. Depart it to conserve for 30 minutes.
3. At the present heat olive oil in a large boiling pan and add the prawns to it. Add a modest lemon juice as well.
4. Saucepan grill on high temperature until the prawns are vivid red and cooked through for about 20 minutes.
5. Serve up hot with a exterior salad and crusty bread.
